Services for various staffing needs

Depending on the initial situation, we handle individual steps or the entire process. The key is not the largest possible service package, but an approach that fits the task professionally, timely, and organizationally.

Direct placement is suitable for permanent positions. Temporary staffing provides flexibility during peak workloads, absences, and additional personnel needs. Applicants receive concrete assignment options and a dedicated contact person.

We analyze staffing needs, processes, and interfaces, and translate them into actionable measures. For international employees, this includes preparation, onboarding, and operational integration.

Vispero handles the recruitment of international nursing staff and provides support with recognition, entry, and integration. For private households, we also provide information on 24-hour care models.
