A Clear Application Process
No unnecessary loops. We review your inquiry, speak with you personally, and transparently clarify the next step.
Application & Starting in Germany
We support applicants from Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro who wish to work in Germany. Key requirements are a completed vocational training or relevant professional experience, the willingness to learn German, and the desire to settle long-term in Germany.
As a first step, we will jointly review your documents and clarify which positions match your profile.
This depends on the profession, the employer, and the recognition process. In many cases, German language skills at level B1 or B2 are beneficial or required, especially if you have direct contact with clients, patients, or colleagues.
If your language level is not yet sufficient, we will discuss with you what preparation is needed and what steps are realistic.
To start, we generally require a resume, educational certificates, employment references or proof of professional experience, and a copy of your passport or ID card. If available, language certificates and other qualification documents are also helpful.
For later steps, translations, notarizations, or additional documents may become necessary. We will inform you exactly what is needed.
No. Our placement services and support are free of charge for applicants. We operate on an employer-pays principle. This means no placement fees will be charged to you.
We will transparently discuss any potential personal costs, such as for documents, translations, or official certifications, before they arise.
Yes. We support you not only with your application, but also with important organizational steps. Depending on your situation, this includes the recognition of your professional qualifications, preparing documents, dealing with authorities, and guidance for your housing search.
Our goal is for you not to go through this process alone, but to have clear contacts and realistic next steps.
First, we collect your information and documents and review your profile. We then discuss suitable employers, prepare you for interviews, and coordinate with the company.
If you receive a job offer, we will support you with the next steps until you start in Germany, as required for your specific situation.
