Personal support that fits your family’s daily routine
A caregiver lives in the household of the person being cared for and provides support wherever help is needed in daily life. The goal is to maintain independence, familiar routines, and quality of life for as long as possible.
We clarify the actual needs, the living situation, and the expectations of everyone involved. Based on this, we introduce suitable caregivers and assist with the organization of the placement.
Good care begins with an honest assessment
We do not promise a flat-rate, round-the-clock work performance. The term “24-hour care” describes living together in the household and a reliable presence in everyday life. Legal working and rest periods must be observed.
Medical treatment care, such as injections or wound care, is not part of a caregiver’s tasks and must be performed by an outpatient nursing service if required.
Our standard: Clarify expectations early, categorize possibilities realistically, and organize a solution that is sustainable in the long term.
